Golden Gumball is Andy and Nora Culver. We started it in 2021, we've lived in Hudson for over twelve years, and we've never advertised. Every client so far has come from somebody passing our name on.

Two years ago a site like the ones we build took two months and cost $9,000 and up. The same job today takes a week and starts at $2,000.
Nothing got cheaper about the work. AI now handles the slow, repetitive parts, the bits you were paying by the hour to grind through. Andy still makes every decision about how your site is built and what goes on it.
Plenty of agencies build the same way now. They just still quote two months and bill for two months, because nobody made them stop. We passed it on instead.

No account manager, no ticket number, no handoff halfway through to somebody you've never spoken to. You talk to the person building your site, from the first call to the day it goes live and every change after that.
We live here. We've met nearly every client we've worked with, and most of them are inside an hour's drive.
Not part of it. All of it. It made the front page of the Pioneer Press and got picked up nationally. When the usual way of doing something costs more than it should, we go looking for a better one. Same instinct that took a two month, $9,000 build down to a week and $2,000.
Since 2021, every client has come from somebody passing our name over the fence. That's the only marketing we've ever done, and it's the compliment we're proudest of.
Hudson, over twelve years. Two daughters, soccer and gymnastics, a golden retriever called Ozzie, and summers on the St Croix. When we say the Valley, we mean the place we live.

Andy has spent twenty years running businesses. He founded a mortgage company, ran a fast-growing barter exchange as CEO, and came at websites from the owner's side rather than the designer's.
That's why the first call is about your business and not your homepage. He'll also tell you when a rebuild is the wrong answer, which costs the odd job and has never cost a client.

Nora came up through small businesses doing whatever the day needed: HR, accounts, marketing, all of it. She knows the jobs that get pushed to the bottom of the list, and the website is usually one of them.
She handles design, how your site turns up in search, and what the numbers say afterwards. If your site looks like it belongs to a business worth calling, that's Nora.
Not how it looks, not what we think of it. If the calls aren't coming, it isn't working, and we'll say so before you do.
Sometimes the answer is that you don't need us yet, or that a rebuild won't fix your problem. We'd rather say it than take the job.
Fixed price, agreed up front. Half to book your week, the rest when it goes live. No hourly rate creeping up on you.
No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Your web address is yours and always stays in your name.
You won't get a proposal full of language designed to make the job sound harder than it is. If we can't explain it plainly, we don't understand it well enough.
